1. Ticket Purchase Agreement

By purchasing tickets through this website, you agree to these terms and conditions. All tickets are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Ticket Validity

• Single Day Tickets: Valid only for the selected date
• Any Day Tickets: Valid for any operating day within 6 months of purchase
• Fun Cards: Valid for unlimited visits through December 31, 2026 (blockout dates apply)
• Annual Passes: Valid for 12 months from first use

3. Pricing & Discounts

Promotional prices are available for online purchases only and are subject to change without notice. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers. Prices do not include parking, taxes, or service fees unless stated.

4. Refund Policy

All ticket purchases are non-refundable. Date changes may be available by contacting customer support at least 24 hours before your scheduled visit. A change fee may apply.

5. E-Ticket Delivery

Upon successful payment, your e-ticket will be sent to the email address provided. Please present your e-ticket (printed or on mobile device) at park entry. Valid photo ID may be required.

6. Park Rules

All guests must comply with park rules and regulations. Management reserves the right to refuse admission or remove any guest for violation of park policies.

7. Weather Policy

Parks operate rain or shine. Some attractions may close due to inclement weather. Weather-or-Not Assurance may be available for select ticket types.

8. Age Requirements

• Children ages 2 and under receive free admission
• Child tickets are valid for ages 3-9
• Adult tickets are required for guests 10 and older

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during your visit to the park. Guests assume all risks associated with park activities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, and trademarks are property of SeaWorld Parks & Entertainment, Inc. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
